Tips to measure yourself correctly

Use a flexible tape measure. Measure yourself over underwear or tight clothing. Maintain a natural posture.

Measurement points

Chest / Thorax Pass the tape across the widest part of the chest, parallel to the floor and under the armpits.

Waist Measure at the narrowest part of the torso, just above the belly button. Don't squeeze it.

Hip Measure across the widest part of your hips, keeping your feet together.

Sleeve length From the shoulder to the wrist with the arm slightly bent.

Our garments have a <strong>regular fit</strong> cut. If you prefer a looser fit, go up one size. For a more fitted look, go down one size.

Refund Policy

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

At ONIX, our goal is to ensure that your shopping experience is as impeccable as our garments. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order placed through our online platform, you have a legal and commercial framework to proceed with its return.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations of the European Union, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without the need for justification.

  • Refund: The total amount of the purchase will be refunded, including the initial shipping costs (equivalent to the ordinary rate).
  • Shipping and cost management:
    • Due to defect or defect: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or defect in the product, ONIX will be responsible for the entire return costs.
    • For other reasons (size error, change of mind, etc.): If the return is made for any other reason other than a product defect, the direct costs of the return (courier shipping) will be borne by the customer.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Given the specialized nature of ONIX in tailoring and ceremony, there are key exceptions:

  • Personalized or made-to-measure garments: Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for suits, jackets or any item that has been made or modified following the client's specifications (hem adjustments, waist fit, sleeves, etc.).
  • Hygiene: For health and hygiene reasons, items of underwear or socks will not be returned once they have been unsealed after delivery.

3. Product Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • It must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, with no signs of use beyond simply checking the size.
  • You must keep its original labeling, as well as any branded packaging (suit covers, hangers or shoe boxes).
  • Garments that have odors (perfume, tobacco) or stains will not be accepted.

4. Return Procedure

To start the process, the client must:

  1. Notify the withdrawal by sending an email to our customer service (specifying whether it is a change in size/opinion or a defective product).
  2. Prepare the package safely using the original packaging or similar protection.
  3. Delivery: The customer can choose between shipping by courier to our headquarters (the cost of which will depend on the reason for the return, as indicated in point 1) or free delivery at any of our physical points of sale in Girona (Onix Gran Via or Onix Casual).

5. Refund

Once the merchandise is received and after verifying that the previous conditions are met, ONIX will proceed to refund the amount using the same payment method used in the initial transaction within a maximum period of 14 days.
